Mission

A God-fearing client-and-environment-friendly utility which aims to serve the public with state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring safety, efficiency and prompt delivery of services, with potable water conforming to Philippine National Standard for Drinking Water (PNSW) and technical design in accordance with Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) specifications.

Vission

KAPWD intends to provide safe and potable water to all service areas in the Municipality of Kapatagan.
